Acupuncture
Are you ready to feel relaxed? What about rejuvenated? Restored? Brighton provides a welcoming setting for you to share your health concerns, and have an active role in your healing journey. You will not be rushed.
During an acupuncture treatment, you get 1:1 time with Brighton. She will come up with the best treatment plan for YOU. (NOT the best protocol). Brighton understands that each person is unique and as such, doesn't provide a "one size fits all" approach to acupuncture.
Depending on your level of comfort, you may be treated lying face-up or face-down on a massage table. You might lie on your side or stay seated in a chair (if that is more comfortable for you).
At Brighton's discretion, modalities that may be used during your acupuncture treatment are: acupuncture with electrical stimulation, moxibustion (moxa), cupping, light massage, gua sha, auricular (ear) acupuncture and/or ear seeds, application of liniments, aromatherapy, and more.
Brighton treats her patients the way she would want to be treated during an acupuncture appointment (and she has had A LOT of acupuncture over the years, from many different practitioners).
Brighton may recommend Chinese herbs or supplements to you.

Facial REjuvenation anti-aging Acupuncture
Brighton has been offering facial rejuvenation acupuncture for 17 years. She has taken courses from pioneers in the field such as Denise Ellinger (CRA), Mary Elizabeth Wakefield (constitutional and facial acupuncture), Yuan Wang, and the late Lillian Bridges (face reading).
While using protocols is helpful, Brighton offers an individualized plan specifically for your anti-aging concerns. It’s like the benefits of microneedling performed by someone who understands the deeper layers of the face and the muscles of facial expression.
🌟In addition to creating microtraumas in the superficial layer of the skin, deeper musculature is stimulated.

🌟Brighton offers skincare and dietary advice.

IVF Support
Pre- and Post- transfer acupuncture treatments can be performed at Brighton's office, or in some instances, at the fertility clinic. Please contact me for more information and/or pricing.
Egg Retrieval Acupuncture
Please schedule your egg retrieval acupuncture starting approximately 5-weeks prior to the retrieval. Brighton would like to see you twice a week leading up to the retrieval. Infrared Sauna
Enhance your acupuncture treatments by adding an infrared sauna session. This experience will be scheduled approximately 30 minutes before your acupuncture appointment, creating a tranquil experience.
